Community guidelines

This is a place for people who design with NXPixels to help each other. A few rules keep it useful and friendly.

Be kind

Everyone was new once. Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, harassment or hateful content.

Search first, then ask clearly

Someone may have asked already. If not, start a new topic with one clear question, what you tried, and a screenshot if you can.

Keep it about NXPixels

Questions, guides, ideas, bug reports and designs you made. No advertising, selling or links posted only to promote something.

Keep private things private

Never post passwords, card details, bank or UPI details, or anyone's phone number or address. For account or billing problems, email hello@nxpixels.com.

Mark what helped

If a reply solved your question, click Mark as solution so the next person finds it fast. Vote for replies and ideas you find useful.

Starter posts

The first questions and guides were written by the NXPixels team from what people ask us most, so you can find answers from day one. They're posted by the NXPixels Team and NXPixels Support accounts and labelled Starter. Team members always have a TEAM badge.

Reports and moderation

Use Report on anything that breaks these rules. The team may hide posts, close topics, or stop someone from posting. By posting you agree to the Terms of Service; your posts are public and your email is never shown.
