SOLUTION
Your connection dropped for a moment. Keep the tab open: NXPixels keeps your changes and saves them when the connection is back. The top bar goes back to All changes saved.
If it says you've been signed out, click Sign in again in the banner. If it keeps happening, tell us in Bug reports with your browser and a screenshot.
