Can I edit the text in a picture someone sent me?

I have a poster as a JPG. Can I change the words on it?

SOLUTION

Try Grab Text: select the picture, open Magic and click Grab Text. Printed text becomes editable text and is taken off the picture. It reads printed English best, runs on your device and is unlimited.

For a whole poster, Magic Layers splits it into text layers, people and a background at once.
