SOLUTION
Yes: Uploads → Add a video clip, or drag the video onto the page. Move, resize and animate it like a picture. In Properties, Start at trims the beginning and Length sets how long it plays (up to 60 seconds); Sound sets its volume.
Download as MP4 to keep it moving with sound.
