A design someone shared with me isn’t showing up

My colleague says she shared a design with me but I don't see it.

SOLUTION

Check three things:

  1. You signed in with the same email it was shared to.
  2. You've confirmed that email (the home page shows a reminder if not).
  3. Look under Shared with me in the home sidebar.

If the owner's Teams plan has ended, their shares are paused until they subscribe again.
