Shrinking a picture and then enlarging it made it blurry, even though the original was sharp.
Fixed: pictures went blurry after making them smaller and then bigger again

SOLUTION
Fixed. Pictures now keep their own pixels whatever size you show them at, so they stay as sharp as the original.
